Nick has been practicing law since November 2023. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
Nick has been admitted to practice in Ohio and his licensure is pending in Michigan. Nick’s general practice consists of criminal and civil litigation; personal injury law; medical negligence; and family law. Nick has also served as a special prosecutor for Pike County, Ohio.
Nick grew up in Portsmouth, Ohio and is the son of attorneys Tracy Hoover and Marie Hoover. He graduated from Shawnee State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science. Nick graduated from Portsmouth West High School. Nick is a fourth-degree black belt in Shotokan karate and has won various state, national, and international titles.
Nick enjoys playing his guitar, weight training, and has a strong interest in computers.
